It features a weather-resistant, powder-coated steel frame that helps resist rust, moisture, and sun exposure during normal outdoor use.

This fence design is made to reduce gaps and help prevent pets from squeezing through. However, for very tiny puppies or extra-small breeds, we still recommend measuring your pet and comparing it with the product dimensions before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery
After placing your order, you'll first receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order will then be processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Once it's on the way, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Large fence sets are often shipped in multiple packages due to their size and weight. Although all packages are shipped as part of the same order, they may travel separately and arrive on different days.

If you've only received part of your order, we recommend checking the tracking information for all packages. The remaining package(s) are usually still in transit and should arrive within 1–3 business days.

Product Support
Yes. The panels can be folded flat for storage or transportation.
This makes the fence suitable for seasonal use, camping, RV travel, and flexible outdoor setups.
Indoor floors do not allow the stakes to anchor into the ground.
We recommend:
- Placing the fence against a wall
- Creating a closed or semi-closed shape
- Using wall anchors
- Adding weighted bases if needed
For outdoor use, please make sure the stakes are fully inserted into the ground.
For soft soil, uneven ground, or very active dogs, we recommend using extra ground anchors, U-shaped stakes, or reinforcing tools for added stability.
For indoor use, placing the fence against a wall or using wall anchors can improve stability.
Please send us clear photos of the damaged parts and let us know how many pieces are affected.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Please fully unpack all boxes first, as stakes and gates are sometimes packed between the panels for protection.

Yes. The gate uses a secure latch design to help prevent pets from accidentally opening it.
For safety, please always make sure the latch is fully closed after use.
Sometimes the latch may become tight due to compression during shipping.
You can try gently tapping the latch with a small hammer or similar tool to realign it. If it still does not open or function properly, please contact us and we will help arrange a replacement.

Yes. All Petorldog products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to assist.
Yes! We offer a free prepaid return label for eligible returns.

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
